Outreach Program

School Based Clinic Program

Through telehealth services, students are now able to see a provider at Martin County Family Clinic during school hours without leaving campus. Students who enroll in the school-based program will be able to be evaluated by a provider and have access to certain lab testing. Providers are able to perform exams facilitated by the school nurse to diagnose and treat symptoms or illness by using state of the art telehealth equipment.

This service is also available for employees of the school district.
