Martin County Hospital District accepts many insurance plans. Because coverage, benefits, and network participation vary by plan and service, patients should contact their insurance carrier to verify coverage before receiving non-emergency services.

The Member Services number on your insurance card is the best place to start. Ask your insurance carrier to confirm:
- MCHD is in-network for your specific plan
- Your provider is in-network
- The service you are receiving is covered
- Your deductible, copay, or coinsurance responsibility
- Whether a referral or prior authorization is required
