Our commitment to nondiscrimination

Martin County Hospital District provides healthcare services and benefits without unlawful discrimination.

As a recipient of federal financial assistance, Martin County Hospital District does not exclude, deny benefits to or otherwise discriminate against any person in admission, participation, treatment or receipt of services under its programs and activities.

This commitment applies whether services are provided directly by Martin County Hospital District or through a contractor or other organization acting on behalf of the district.

Ask a member of our staff

Tell a Martin County Hospital District staff member if you need an interpreter, an auxiliary aid or information in another format. These services are provided free of charge when required for effective communication.

File a concern

Report discrimination or an access barrier

You may report a concern directly to Martin County Hospital District or file a civil-rights complaint with the appropriate federal agency.

Contacting Martin County Hospital District does not prevent you from seeking assistance or filing a complaint with another agency.

When reporting a concern, provide as much information as possible about what happened, when it occurred and how you may be contacted. Do not submit private medical information through a general website form.
