Do I need an appointment?

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Yes. Express Care provides walk-in treatment for minor illnesses, injuries, and everyday health concerns Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

How do I know which service I need?

Call our team at 432-607-3200 . We can help direct you to primary care, Express Care, a specialty clinic, emergency care, or another appropriate service.

Do you accept my insurance?

Martin County Hospital District accepts many major insurance plans. Coverage can vary by plan and service, so contact your insurance company or our team before your visit to confirm benefits and eligibility.

When should I choose Express Care?

Express Care is appropriate for minor illnesses, mild injuries, infections, rashes, cold or flu symptoms, and other concerns that need prompt attention but are not medical emergencies.

When should I go to the Emergency Department?

Go to the Emergency Department for serious or potentially life-threatening symptoms or injuries that need immediate medical attention, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, major injuries, loss of consciousness, or other severe or rapidly worsening symptoms. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
